The Club Italia University Scholarship is valued at $1,000 and is open to all current Year 12 students in NSW.

Instructions – Read Carefully

Club Italia Sub Club University Scholarship is designed to assist and encourage students of Italian origin to continue their education after the Higher School Certificate (HSC). The awarding of the Club Italia Scholarship will be at the absolute discretion of Gruppo dell’Amicizia in memoria di Enrica Inglese and will be subject to the following terms and conditions.

The $1,000.00 Scholarship (“Scholarship Amount”) is open to students who are finishing high school in 2023 and are seeking to commence full-time undergraduate studies at an Australian University in 2024.

The Scholarship will be awarded on a competitive basis and at the absolute discretion of the Committee.

The allocation of the Club Italia scholarship is primarily based on academic merit but also includes the following non-exhaustive criteria:
• Academic merit (minimum ATAR of 90 achieved in the HSC);
• Achievement in other areas such as extracurricular activities and community service;
• Impact the scholarship will have on relieving a financial burden.

Applicants are to note:
• Applicants must be an Australian Citizen or have Permanent Residential status.
• Applicants must be entering their first year of undergraduate studies at an Australian University for one year or more in length in 2024.
• Applicants must provide a final transcript of marks for all secondary school grades completed.
• Applicants must include details of their achievements in school and past involvement in the community
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Application appearance may be a factor in the final decision by the Committee.
Shortlisted applicants must make themselves available for an interview with Committee representatives at a time and date to be determined by the Committee

• Applications postmarked after 31 March 2024 will not be considered
• Applicants to include a cover sheet if space in the application form is insufficient.
